Laird MFG, LLC is in the business of manufacturing, selling and distributing equipment for the cattle feeding industry. More specifically, this includes vertical and horizontal mixers as well as feed wagons, bale choppers and delivery systems.

Laird Welding and MFG Works was originally owned by John Laird.  In 1989, Mike Heinmiller, Lee Cansler, Tony Regalo and Warren Lauppe purchased Laird Welding and MFG Works from John Laird with the intent of building cattle feeding equipment.

The four owners built their first mixer sold it, and then proceeded to build the second unit.  The rest as they say is history.  For 11 years Laird grew and established a reputation for an improved, robust and a quality built horizontal mixer.

In the year 2000, Laird Welding and MFG Works merged with Lachish Industries (RMH Brand) of Israel.  The new company was called Laird/RMH, LLC.  The partnership enabled the two companies to develop further develop RMH’S Line of Vertical Mixers and to increase their market share in the USA.

The Next 6 years saw Laird introduce a complete line of Vertical mixers into the American market and become a force to be reckoned with.  During this time, Lee Cansler and Isaac Isakow purchased the shares of the other owners and are now the co-owners of Laird MFG, LLC.
